We were instructed to carry out a measured survey of elevations and ground floor plan in advance of a 'Change of Use' planning application from Class C1 (Bed and Breakfast) to Sui generis (Large HMO). 

Following the survey we also completed the 'Proposed' drawings to the client specification.
